injectinf vagueness in the voting process is another method of suppression. Voting should be made as easy as possible, without any added confusion and the assumption is that anyone who could barely read should be able to cast a vote without confusion.
IMO - when there are clear discrepancies in the governor to senate vote count that sum to a number greater than the vote difference between the candidates running there should be a recount and a revote if still indeterminable. That would be a fair democratic system. If is not the fault of any 85 year old with poor faculties that the ballot was designed to yield errors.
But wait for it - we will see the same old arguments, that these are the rules, the people in charge had authority to manage voting this way, or that tough luck it’s water under the bridge - all insane excuses.
