This response is typical of the human garbage that still support trump. In the mind of a garbage person trump supporter the job of a journalist is to simply write down what the garbage president says and report it as fact.

The questions were legitimate questions. Please remember that Trump called on Acosta, the reporter who followed Acosta and the lady from PBS. Why did he call on people that he knew would ask tough questions? Because he wanted to start a street brawl to deflect attention from the fact that midterm voters spoke loud and clear against his presidency.

Um all the evidence suggests he didn't like Trump. Wasn't Omar Mateen a hardcored Democrat?

If the Dems take a senate seat in Arizona, that’s a big deal.
Flake stepped down because he couldn’t be a Trump Republican.
And Trump thought he’d get his kind of person in there.
Flake voted conservative all the way, including confirming Kavanaugh.
And Tester hung onto the Dem seat in red Montana.
What Republicans haven't grasped yet is that the removal of the state/local tax exemption has hurt them in the suburbs.
Interesting, Mitt Romney (newly elected Senator) already weighing in on the Mueller probe...
“I want to thank Jeff Sessions for his service to our country as Attorney General. Under Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, it is imperative that the important work of the Justice Department continues, and that the Mueller investigation proceeds to its conclusion unimpeded.”
Mitt has criticized Trump bigly in the past. Could Mitt be setting himself up for a run at Trump in 2020?

Synagogue shooter only didn't like Trump because Trump wasn't racist and anti-semitic *enough*. I mean in this climate, with soros-baiting going on at the WH level, hating jews is pretty much a plank in the Fox/GOP platform. This guy was mad at Trump for not carrying through with the spewed from the WH, that's all. He's a Republican at heart.

I think it's pretty obvious that Mitt wants to run again, but he has a lot of work to do.
Tiny controls the party now and it will be hard to wrest control in such a short time. Even when Tiny's crimes are laid bare to the American people, Tiny will still control the Republican base.

Trump keeps the hits going
In her new memoire, Michelle Obama made critical comments about Trump and his ignorant “birther” conspiracy theories. They endangered her family by having Trumper wing nuts and morons stalk and hound them. Trump's response to her was: "I’ll never forgive him for what he did to 'our' United States military. I’ll never forgive him for many other things." As usual it is always about himself with Idiot Trump.

call me naive, and you probably should, but I don't think this guy Whitaker is going to last many more days.
but in the meantime he could be passing info back to the subjects of the Mueller investigation, Nunes-style.
god this WH is awful. Just beyond anything.
but 90% support from its party members. awful.

Yet with a lunatic's cunning he was able to conceal it even from his closest friends. Could the president be expose in time before he plunges the country into holocost?

We are now a banana republic. It will take some time for that to fully sink in but it is the simple reality that is unavoidable when looking at the electorate, their beliefs and their preferences.

Well then, in that case perhaps Trumpettes ARE Americans! The Banana Republic of America!

Acosta wasn’t doing his job. Most people in there ask 2-3 questions and move on. Acosta feels he needs to give a lecture on his views and then follow up to his questions. Every time he is called on he trys to turn it into a circus for news feeds/twitter reactions. For example, him yelling garbage to President Trump and Kim Jung Un, constantly having hissy fits with Sanders, and arguing with the President. Jim is all about himself and the spotlight.
He certainly didn’t get banned for the incident with the intern. They just now had an excuse.
This incident wasn't about Jim Acosta. It was about Donald Trump.
It was the day following election day. This particular Tuesday, someone on the White House staff must have grabbed all of Trump's devices with which he connects to social media because he didn't really post anything....probably much to the delight of his staff and anyone running for election as a Republican. What this causes is massive anxiety in Trump. He's not getting the attention he craves.
So now it is Wednesday and the races are over. So he twitter rants at 4 in the morning about the Dems and they better not come after him and all sorts of paranoid nonsense. Then he basically sets up a foil in the media in Acosta to drag into an argument complete with the young woman moving to take the mic from Acosta and he fires Sessions.
It's all about Donald Trump and he got the attention he so craves on a daily basis.
Yet the Trumpsters have never understood this.

I didn't know much about Whitaker before he was brought up as a potential successor to Rosenstein some time back. He seems like the typical meathead right winger but he'll serve Trump's purpose.
My suspicion is that we are very close to an indictment of Roger Sloan and possibly or perhaps probably Trump Jr. The fact that Trump acted immediately after the election indicates a high degree of paranoia at the moment. I'll guess that the attempt to shut down the investigation will come in the form of defunding it which won't have the same public effect as downright firing Mueller will bring.
Whitaker will serve his purpose in doing so whether he's found fit for the job or not. By the time he's removed/replaced the damage will be done. The investigation will then turn into a further political football as the Dems will form a committee which will probably question Mueller amongst others but nothing will ever come of it.
Now matter what anyone on either side has thought of the investigation to this point, it is about to get worse.
the press has never understood this. They let trump lead them around by the nose as he diverts from the real issues, every day. Acosta is the headline? How about the DOJ being led unconstitutionally, so every wire tap, every investigation signed off on is going to be challenged in court by defendants. PLUS the obvious f'ing around with Mueller.
The press really is awful. It isn't able to keep focus - it is trump's servant in so many ways.
