We need to start having exams for anyone who wants to run for President. He constantly shows that he knows nothing about how the economy works or really anything else. If he weren't so criminal, it would be funny.
Right. That's why he sat atop the most important city on planet earth, for 30 years. Because, you know, he's stupid.
Your illogic is something to quite fascinating.
1) Actually he didn't...he just appeared to have.
2) He never was the biggest developer in New York as he has promoted himself, as real estate people in New York have long known.
3) Doesn't take any smarts to inherit hundreds of millions of dollars.
4) He is not the multi-billionaire he says he is (he says $10 billion+, others estimate $2.7 billion-$3.1 billion), and if we ever get true transparency, we might find out he isn't even a billionaire at all...he is the "king of debt" after all...a name he gave himself. Although, it IS possible that Putin has made him a billionaire. I do hope we get to know the whole story one day.
5) BUT, even IF he were a great businessman (which he isn't), he still could be (and is) ignorant of how the economy works. Those are two different skill sets with a small Venn Diagram connection.
6) Finally, while I DO believe he is a stupid person, I actually didn't call him that in the post that you responded to. I said he doesn't really know anything. That makes him uneducated/ignorant, not necessarily stupid. BUT, like I said, he IS also stupid.
Let me give you a real world example...I am exceedingly bright. I won't go into details or put a label on it, because I don't need anyone to feel bad about themselves. It is a gift I have. I'm sure you have your own. Intelligence is a gift, not something that is attained. Knowledge is attained. BUT, I have never studied electrical engineering, so unless I did so, I would have no business working as an electrical engineer. Donald Trump doesn't understand how our government works. He doesn't understand basic economic principles. We know this because of the extremely ill-informed things he says on such matters.
The good news is...
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
