Americans are going to feel these tariffs by Christmas time.
Trump reduced taxes on high earning corporations and raised taxes on every day products purchased by all Americans.

2. China caves and works out a very pro-America trade deal. Not likely. Trump wants American companies making American products in America. That’s a nice but expensive sentiment, and much more of a long term strategy.
There is no longer term strategy for making products made in China in the US. American do not want those jobs at any price.

Trump claimed while campaigning there was a war on Christmas. He is following through on that.
And yes, Americans are the one paying the cost of Trump's Tariffs. . . . Trump collects tariffs. The money goes into the Treasury coffers. Taxpayers pay more for goods. What this means is that Trump's Tariffs are nothing more than an off-the-books tax on Americans.

Still upset over the election FP! Grow up. Nothing is going to happen. You conjure crap up in your head and think it will happen.
1) I never think of the election. This is about the horrible criminal person in the White House...a horrible criminal person that we found out just HOW horrible and criminal he was after he was in office for a little while.
2) Nothing is going to happen? Well, time will tell. The Trump team is currently 0-Mueller (read as O for Mueller). Manafort has flipped. Cohen has flipped. Flynn has flipped. Papadapolous has flipped. Gates has flipped. Pecker has been granted immunity. Weisselberg has been granted immunity. It is about as stacked (appropriately) against Trump as it could be.
Your confidence is confounding.
Yeah right pal, you've been saying that last year before the snow started flying. You've got to be feeling pretty stupid about now. I already know you'll be wrong, but I'm not waiting for the biggest "I WAS WRONG AGAIN" in Letsrun history. I just love to check in and see your latest guarantee and regurgitated points over and over. It's pure entertainment, better than most comedies currently on tv! You've got the bravado of David and nothing but innuendos and pipe dreams to back it up.
I could list the same stuff on HRC, but nothing happened to her and nothing will happen to the Donald. What a serious waste of time that you spend on here. Thank God I only check in for sh*ts and giggles:)
p.s. If you're the Steve that someone emailed me you are, I beat you in the 3200 so I'm laughing even harder!

Then post your using your regular name. If you cannot do that then you are making something up … pulling it out of your ass.
Apologies if this one has been posted here already, but more disturbing stuff about Trump & Russia from the Amazon Washington Post. Fake News or Not? YOU DECIDE!
There is one annoying fact. The GOP refuse to spend money to secure elections. https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/house-gop-refuses-to-renew-election-security-funding-as-democrats-fume-over-russian-meddling/2018/07/18/20761f88-8abb-11e8-8aea-86e88ae760d8_story.html

What's your point, we had that for most of Obama's tenure. Is that all you got?

I need to add that he accomplished that without having to throw jet fuel on the economy like Mr small hands

Multiple QE isn't jet fuel??? smfh
And notice that once QE tapered, Mr Zero's 'economy' stalled.

You probably don't read much like your dear leader - can't help you if you don't get the reference.

Weak QE ≠ jet fuel

Go to bed, get some sleep, and try again some other day.
Finally finished reading Fear. Trump has had the choice of either speaking to Mueller on the record or letting the investigation go on until every single rabbit hole is fully searched. His lawyers advised him speaking to Mueller would mean the end of him with 100% certainty. The lawyers left because he wasn't fully on board with that idea. I don't believe he will do it at this point, but it's probably too late to stop the Mueller freight train anyway. The investigation will go on for a looonnng time - he will drop the atom bomb when Trump least expects.
Regarding trade or anything economy related, political process, and geopolitical strategy, it is completely clear from the accounts of his cabinet in the book that he has zero clue or interest in learning. Every single decision has been based on impulse and done without any buy-in or consultation from an expert. Purely flying by the seat of his pants, with a bunch of bottom feeders giving him praise and enabling him.
He is done either way by 2020 - we will all be saying good riddance soon enough.

Right. The impulse that he talked about during the entire campaign.
