When she asked him if he thought he might come across as cold-hearted, given the baby’s medical condition, he said, “I can’t help that. It’s cold when someone sues my father. Had he come to see me, things could very possibly have been much different for them.”

This guy is something else.
Imagine if Obama had that in his history?? Oy vay.....Right Wingers would have talked about 24/7 until the end of time.
And then we saw his recent actions/non-actions with McCain (only reason he slightly changed course on that was because veterans groups were HAMMERING him on it.)
This guy has no heart/empathy for anyone but himself.
At the time of Trump writing the will for his father, his father suffered from Alzheimer's; at least the early 1993 when it was publicly known, but likely years before that being hidden by the family. Trump had helped draft the will.
"At the time, Freddy Trump’s children sued, claiming Donald Trump and his siblings had used “undue influence” over their grandfather, who had dementia."
Of course Trump neglects that HE was the one exercising undue influence over an old man who had dementia (Alzheimer's).
The will Trump rewrote for his father, which excludes his older brother from the inheritance—Trump hated his older brother with a passion. Trump rewrote his father's will just before his father's death in 1999. The will claimed assets of $20 million to be distributed tp four of the five Trump brothers and sisters. It is important to note that the value of the family estate was estimated others at between $250 and $300 million. Somehow Trump managed to keep most of the money for himself; likely by keeping the Trump company as a non-will asset that he would entirely control.
Here is something interesting about the great-grandchild of Trump's father that Trump decided to cut off medical care for (cerebral palsy). The child was born the same day and after Trump's father's funeral. The wife of Trump's nephew (Fred III) went into early labor.
