Just semantics. Technically Nixon was never found guilty, but that was because he resigned before the Senate convicted him...Trump has that option available to him, and he will likely take it. Those things will all be clearly laid out, and he will have to end his presidency because of them.
The important thing is that Trump will have to leave office due to his criminal behavior. I would like to see him indicted after he is out of office of course, but some combination of plea bargain and pardon will likely keep that from happening.
What I have said for months is true...
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
So this is like OJ kinda guilty? Where you're not convicted in a criminal court, but you're still guilty?
Umm...good question, but the difference here is that since Trump is the President, he likely will not be indicted while he is in office due to DOJ guidelines, and he has resignation at his fingertips to try to avoid any actual legal convictions. Mueller's report will state that he did the things I have mentioned, and then the House and Senate will act on it. A conviction from the Senate would establish guilt, but he will likely resign before that. Just a situation OJ or just about anyone else doesn't have access to.
Will be interesting to see if he faces any prison time from any of the state indictments that might come his way.
He is deserving of prison time.
