Flagpole, put the President aside for the next post. How do you feel about the Hilary case? Too me the perception makes it seem like they did a lackluster investigation to Hilary and all their eggs in one basket on Trump. Hillary paid for Russian intelligence but that's apparently not collusion to Mueller. She probably has dirt on Mueller and he doesn't want to become a member of the Clinton body count.

flagpole is very unintelligent. he's wrong and hillary will be prosecuted...sealed soon to be opened documents will prove it. he's just upset because his political party wasn't elected again. he's delusional and believes trump is worse than hillary, but of course he does very little research on his choice for candidate. when something comes out on her, it's fake. when something comes out on trump, it's real. he's a desperate democrat loser and still can't get over the loss 21 months ago.
Facts about tRump's father, Fred:
- Frede is how he was referred to by the family.
- Frede's middle name is Christ.
- Frede was arrested for taking part in a KKK riot and assaulting a police officer.
- Frede's inherited money from father, Frederick, who made his money from the sale of liquor and sex during the Gold Rush.
- Frede married a Scottish immigrant.
- Frede was sued by the U.S. Justice Department for refusing to rent his apartments to black people.
- Frede suffered from Alzheimer’s disease.
Democrats lose again!!!!
Mueller?
Mueller?
Mueller?
Hahahahaha!!!!!
Laughing loudly at democrat pieces of trash thinking mueller is going to remove Trump and install hillary!!!!
Hahahahaha!!!!
Democrats lose again!!!!!
Path to House majority comes into focus as a dozen races move toward Democrats
- 2/3rds of Democratic voters say they have a high level of interest in the November elections.
- Less than 1/2 of Republican voters say they have a high level of interest in the November elections.
- More than 70 Democratic challengers outraising Republican opponents in the 95 House races.
- Six in 10 independents disapprove of the President's job performance.
- Six in 10 women disapprove of the President's job performance.

I am a Rule of Law person, and Hillary was investigated both for Benghazi and by the then Republican Comey and it was determined in both cases that she did no wrongdoing...at least not illegal activity. With that, I say, ok, investigation over. We can even go back to Whitewater and she also wasn't found guilty. Does that mean she's the most ethical person in the world? No. What was also a first was Comey bringing up that they were re-opening the investigation on Hillary 11 days before the election. Can't ever confirm that that made her lose, but there is no way it helped her.

With a potential pardon from Pence and then also plea bargain on top of that, it is very likely he will avoid jail time. He will resign if it helps with plea bargain. He will declare that the Deep State won and that no one should ever expect to have an anti-establishment person in the White House, and he will blame everyone but himself. When he does this, he had better be very careful not to incite people to violence, or he WILL face jail time for that.
Right now, I say there is about a 20% chance he will serve any jail time, and by that I mean in an actual prison, not house arrest.
He should never be allowed to be in the White House again after this, and he should be banned from any former presidents gathering.
They changed the wording from gross negligence to extremely careless. Also Lynch wanted it to be called a matter and not an investigation. They would never do that for another government employee. Look if Trump is guilty then punish him to fullest extent of the law but it needs to be done both ways. I see a lackluster effort to investigate Hilary and all the effort in the world focused on Trump. That’s why I see the leadership of the doj and fbi as a joke right now.

Trump is the illegal president. Hillary had the presidency stolen from her by Trump and Putin.
Mueller investigation, if allowed to continue, will likely wrap up late this year or early next year. Say October to Feb or March time frame.
Decent chance the Dems win the house. Senate less likely but very possible. Either way House may vote to impeach but Senate won’t convict. Trump stays in as angry lame duck or resigns. If he resigns RW media, Trump, DiscoGary blame deep State and fake news media. Pence pardons Trump and his inner circle. And we have a bitter 2 year stalemate and not much gets done.
As far as 2020, in any scenario it depends on who gets the nomination. A far left progressive will be tight race down to a few swing states. A likable moderate who conveys unity, confidence, and competence would have a better chance. And that’s where you’d get a blue wave with upper Midwest and maybe even NC and FL swinging Dem.

Flagpole,
I saw where you had posted that you were named one of the top 60 pianists in the world.
Where did you study?
This thread is about the criminal Donald Trump, so I won't continue beyond this one question of yours, so don't plan any follow up questions.
Began with local classical piano teachers as a kid.
In college, I studied with an academic who then had the initials JC but has since changed to EC. Dude was great and is still a friend today.
I then studied blues guitar with a San Francisco blues man.
Finally, in the Detroit area, I did some blues piano work with the great Detroit bluesman Rico Cooper. He's the only one I wish to name for various reasons, and he owes me $40.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
Do you have any formal training?
Also, what publication named you one of the top 60 pianists in the world?
Thanks - JB

You do not have this quite right. Dems will most likely win majorities in the House and the Senate--barring more Russia meddling in the November elections to help Trump out.
What your seem to be quoting is news popular with Fox and Brietbart. What those two Trumpian sources means is that Senate is unlikely to have 67 Democrats; which is pretty much correct. But more than 50 Democrat Senators are very likely.
For impeachment, the House requires greater than 50% of those "present and voting" to impeach . "Present and voting" is the requirement with the quorum being meet. "Chosen and sworn" membership has no bearing on voting by the House.
For impeachment, the Senate requires 67 votes, a two-thirds super majority, to impeach of their "chosen and sworn" membership.
* Notes, quorums and vacancies:
- A quorum is a simple majority (greater than 50%) of those choosing to, and allowed to, vote.
- Vacant seats have no bearing so long as the quorum is meet.
- A quorum for the House is at least 1/2 of the membership, which can be less than the 435 available House seats if seats are empty.
- The House currently has 6 vacancies, so 429 members. A quorum would be 215 members.
- Vacant House seats are filled by election, so they take time to fill. Vacant Senate seats are quickly filled by appointments by governors, so 100 Senate members are likely to be eligible to vote for impeachment at the time of a vote.

How dod you convert learning classical piano as a kid into "one of the top 60 pianists in the world"?

No.
in recent times, the grand total of civilians prosecuted for being sloppy with classified info is....ONE. Some dude was hoarding classified info at his home, he was prosecuted.
Other than that guy,as far as I know, ZERO civilians have been prosecuted for sloppiness with the data, no matter how serious. Instead, they are fired or punished administratively. HRC was no longer a gov't employee, so she got away unpunished.
Seriously - there is virtually ZERO precedent for prosecuting civilians for what she did - she did not get away with something others would have gone to jail for.

Only a moron like you would believe that Flagpole! Ha, ha, haaaaaa! She lost fair and square, but you losers have to look for an excuse. Trump wasted her in the E.C. and she got lucky in the popular vote...Liberal California---one state does not decide an election. How dumb are you Flagpole? Russians? The Russians did nothing but help Hillary (think Uranium) for her helping them, but she still lost even with Russian help. Democrats are the worst losers known to mankind. Yep, you Flagboy!
He's not resigning. Are you just plain ignorant on life and politics in general?

Actually NYT is saying as senate majority is going to be very tough. You are dumb and I don’t follow fox and brietbat, so fukk you.
And as far as your little lesson, duhhhh!
>50 percent chance Dems win house. If so they will vote to impeach. But at best 50-50 the senate flips. And even if I does not enough votes to throw him out in 2019 or 2020. So either he resigns or digs in and stays, possibly even seeking reflection.
Even if Mueller shows everything possible, 80 to 85 percent of Republicans will support him.

Do not confuse Republicans with Trumpers. Many Republicans DO NOT support Trump.
