Sorry to disappoint you, but dishonesty is not my thing. Don’t need to convince you or anyone on the internet, and surely no matter how much detail I give you it won’t be enough. If you want to know more details about my service first man up and ask me with a registered name.
Yes, you sir are honest and no one on this thread is, unless they agree with you, right?
Newsflash: If you served, and I'm betting you did, great and thanks with all sincerity. But...your thoughts on this thread are not universal. Facts are facts, but beyond that it's just opinion and you're not always right.
Regardless, thanks for serving:)
Incorrect, I believe others are honest too, even lying Gary :) he and other trumpers are being honest in their unwavering loyalty and faith in Trump - I think they actually believe him and in him. In that respect, my thoughts are certainly not universal. However, some things are true whether you or I or anyone else believes in them or not.
I like discourse and I am fascinated by the short-sightedness of Trumpers. I am more fascinated that most have not really thought their position through. Those blasting globalism for example... I’m amazed they haven’t stopped to consider that it’s the core connectivity and dependencies rooted in globalization that has kept major conflicts in check since WW2. Take UN, it is a purely bureaucratic body.. most trumpers think it should be eliminated for having no value. Yet it’s hard to argue it has served as a mechanism to buffer all sorts of potentially disastrous outcomes. We can complain about these globalists and their bureaucracy all we want but that all has been a tiny price to pay for enduring peace.
If interested, served in the Marine Corps, 0351, 1 extended tour in Iraq and a 6-month tour in Afghanistan. Got out in 2007.
