Flagpole, you gotta recognize this guy was first if you end up being right.
I do appreciate your comments (though a bit of hyperbole there at the end of course), but you were already on the right side of this. I really am looking for acknowledgement that people were wrong. At some point, no matter how dug in you are, you (not YOU, but those who defend Trump) have to come to the conclusion that Trump is criminal...because he is.
To be clear about my motives here. I am not wanting them to admit they were wrong because that makes me feel good in any way. I want them to admit that they were wrong to make THEM feel good. It is freeing and humbling to be able to admit that you were wrong.
I also am not a lawyer, but your analysis seems solid. We have taken baby steps toward getting Trump the whole time, and this is yet another one (though very significant).
Will you run for president in 2020, Flagpole? You have my vote. I think you meet all of the criteria, and you're a real man to boot.
What tidbit of information are you hanging onto? It's over, brother.
While my brain can not understand how you can't see that this is the beginning of the end, it does not surprise me that you can't (in the same way that am not surprised that there are Flat Earthers out there).
I wish for you clarity and discernment in your future.

You were right Flagpole all along. No one here at Letsrun has ever been so right.
Now, I will not apologize for doubting you because I never for a minute doubted you. Perhaps I can make up for this omission by stating unequivocally that you are the GREATEST poster in the history of Letsrun. Indeed, the third GREATEST human being in the history of the Universe (after JC and your lovely wife, of course).

I suppose, but it will have an asterisk next to it...he already agreed with me, and he DIDN'T add the part about apologizing (because as he said, he didn't need to). So, really, we need the whole thing to be done to be the first...so, maybe I just talked myself out of giving him credit with an asterisk.

Very well. I am appointing myself Race Director of the Affirmation or Embarrassment of Flagpole. I will accept and track submissions of Flagpole being Right (in the event he is right) or Wrong (in the event Mueller never comes).
This complaint is mostly symbolic and seemingly in reaction to the recent GOP cries for the firing of Rosenstein, but could serve as a backstop to the Mueller investigation. Criminal investigations take precedence so they are likely not to obtain anything they request for discovery. Also, it is unlikely approval would be granted to retrieve anything from the ongoing Mueller investigation.

I will NOT run for President. I have neither the will to be President nor the experience/knowledge to be. I am morally suited to be, but that's not enough.

Ok! I WILL be proven right...this seems so ridiculous to even have to say anymore. It's like saying the sun will come up tomorrow.
Flagpole owns your souls.
And you're going to need a new handle, little boy.

Dang!
And I was this close >II< (with an asterisk)!
Yes, I understand that discovery would probably be denied right now. I'm talking about what would happen if the criminal investigations were shut down. Wouldn't the DNC have a crack at discovery then?

Sorry, brother.

Right. Democrats never do things for political theater.

Trump is a low-IQ theater 24x7x365.

I never said that. They don't file this if they don't think they have enough to win.
This is a big deal...not thought of lightly.

They certainly would, but only from about a third of that plaintiff list.
It's going to be so beautiful to see you melt down here over the coming months. I hope you have access to a good therapist.
