No that is incorrect, where did you get that from, Breitbart? He is the head of the intelligence committee, that body is independent from the president's administration. When he comes across information that falls within the scope of his committee's review he must follow protocol and consult with his peers. He made his own personal, biased judgement about that information and decided, obviously for personal reasons, to bypass the committee and go squeal to his friend.
So either you are playing dumb or you really don't understand he's supposed to maintain a minimum standard of objectivity.
