Angryjohnny did this, the year I passed him on heartbreak and beat him by 15 minutes. Your biggest worries should be (1) what happens if you bonk and are late/hurting? and (2) what happens if you don't have time to take a shower and end up sitting by a hot girl on the plane?
Just as an FYI, the TSA/security at Logan can take some time depending on what time you get there. I had an early morning flight and had to stand in line for 90 minutes; almost missed my flight.

Get an uber to the airport. Pick you up anywhere within a couple of minutes of calling. No messing around with train schedules etc. not expensive either. Do NOT reply on public transport
