It is your fault your kids failed to meet your running expectations. No need to be so jealous of young runners who much faster than your kids.
Yeah haha, jealousy. Sorry Master Yoda, wrong but nice try. I just feel bad for kids with obsessed parents. Hey, are you related to the Fraziers?

I agree with you. 13 year old girls should be playing with their easy bake ovens learning important lessons, not wasting their youth running around a track.
Centro should have gone faster!

Centro could not go faster because Dan Huling on Twitter Trash Talkâ„¢ said that Centro has not even run since the Olympics. After the Olympics, Centro became lazy, pudgy, and out-of-shape.
Craig Lutz from Flagstaff had a really stupid idea which was:
1) I think I am going to twitter trash talk the OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST IN THE 1500m.

Hey Mr. Craig Lutz. How did your Centro Twitter Trash Talk work out???
Answer:
1) It did not work out because it was a really stupid idea.
I love Centro, but let's be honest, even at this time of year that time isn't stellar on the world stage. It's early, so I hope to see much faster times from him yet.

Your post is very impressive.
In conclusion:
1) The situation at LetsRun.com is still completely hopeless in 2017.
2) Deal with it.
Nice PR for Kate Grace. Hassan is a great scalp to take, eve though they both specialize in shorter distances the 3k is much more in Hassan's wheelhouse. Felnagle looked to have snagged a nice indoor PR and just missed her outdoor PR of 8:51 while O'Connor PR'd as well. Wartenburg at NorCal Distance really knows his stuff. He's doing an excellent job. Felnagle and O'Connor have only been with the group a few months. Expect big things from them in 2017. Great to see Felnagle back running well after stagnating for a few years with the Brooks Beasts.

Is 9:43 good for Grace Ping? Or were we expecting 9:2x?

Got it. Delia Sclabas in 2014. Sclabas is still active. She came in 6th in the junior race at Great Edinburg XC earlier this month...
That's good news for Ping. Who knows, Ping may also still improve in the next 2 years.
Sclabas indoor PR is now 9:41.29 (0.04 improvement) and her outdoor PR is now 9:23.
Is Thomas Ratcliffe Update?
