Care to share?
Sure. A little background. I had PF in my left foot for two-and-half years. The pain was not in the usually spot- the heel - but in the arch. I tried everything but to no avail. I read about a treatment that involves strengthening your foot. Basically, I would go to my three-mile running path and pretend I had a nail below the fat part of my foot by my big toe. Now just drive that nail into the ground. I would do that for 3 miles around the loop. I also, would be walking a half-mile or so on my tippy-toes. This cleared up my long-suffering PF almost immediately. About a week and it was gone completely with no pain since and never do anything for it.
AT the same time my left foot got better, my right foot began experiencing the more common type of PF - with the pain in the heel. The pain was pretty intense. After a couple of days I did the same treatment that worked with the other foot. Again, it was completely gone in a week. Both feet never required any treatment after that one week of treatment and they have never hurt since. I know everyone is different but give it a shot.
