Can Laura do this:
Ingebrigtsen are only 5 brothers and they match up against USA in middle distance if you take centro 2016 season out.
Funny how Americans don't see how ncaa is ruining their careers.
Cebtro knows it and that's why he credited ncaa his gold in a slow race. However renato canova said it had nothing to do with ncaa and he's got more brains than centro, as you probably know already.

Hey Billy Fap.
I do not like the implication or the general tone of your post.
I also have developed some psychic powers by doing a lot of yoga in several incarnations on your stupid planet. My psychic powers are now telling me that Billy Fap…is actually Fred.
Please stop it Fred.
I am not kidding.
I am getting really tired of people who have no faith or belief in Laura Muir…and/or Kenenisa Bekele.
These people are depressed, bipolar, pudgy, out-of-shape, and pathetic people. They are frequently British.
Laura Muir is the clean WORLD RECORD HOLDER in the 1500m.
OK?
Please go to a mental health professional to help you deal with it.
I have complete trust in Laura Muir. I train with Laura.
Here is a photo of Laura and me from 2016 after we did a 10 mile 55:00 minute fartlek session on trails with 20 x 1 minute hill sprints included in the session:
http://www.athleticsweekly.com/featured/laura-muir-diamond-league-dogs-trust-52127We are doing harder fartlek sessions in 2017.
Laura Muir is the 2016 Diamond League Champion.
Laura Muir is already the most peely-wally (pale white color/colour) and wee sparra (little sparrow) Diamond League Champion of ALL-TIME.
Deal with it fred.

I was about to say the same thing; Muir would probably be worse if she ran much more than what she is currently doing. Although, if she plans to do the 1500/5K double, she may need to bump it up a bit. Realistically, I don't see her as having a shot in the 5K when the top women run faster than her PR pace in a tactical race and then run close to 60 seconds the last lap. Muir's 1500 is much more in line with getting a medal.
But, but she's got no speed and no mileage. All's she's got is the special master plan in South Africa.
Hey my grampa was born in Scotland but I'm not clinging to my heritage.

Mary Decker set WR :
1500m
1 mile
3000m
5000m
10000m
And don't even get me started on the americn records that she set.
Those were all AMERICAN records, not world records. She did set an indoor world record at 880/800 when she was 15.

The thing about this is all Muir's accolades have come from the results of one day meets. Her results in championship meets with rounds haven't been so good. Clearly some of it is bad tactics, but it could also be a result of her lowish mileage. I tend to think runners who do higher mileage do better in meets with 3 rounds.

Fact is that that drug cheat was one of the very few who doped so much that she was actually caught, convicted and banned in the 90s.
Funny how here Laura is considered as the GOAT talent while her defenders in the other thread called her progression normal.

Talented, but not outrageous. There is no random 1:42 here...

The Guardian wrote:Muir’s coach, Andy Young, meanwhile, believes that more is to come, given that she only runs between 40 to 50 miles a week, around 10-20 fewer than most of her 1500m rivals. “The mix of fast- and slow-twitch fibres that she has gives her the ability to sprint and also run a marathon,†he says.
Has the world ever seen someone this talent who wasn't born in Africa (or China)?

Eventually the running community will come to it's senses and realize that significant mileage is not the only road to success. Inflated egos doing and claiming 100+ miles per week have hurt more careers due to injuries than helped. Ask Jordan Hasay.
Paula did 160 at altitude; Takahashi did 180 at altitude; blah, blah, etc
100 is nothing
Wow, she would only be the GOAT if she did it on 25 mpw. The number of miles per week is the most important factor in deciding whether someone is the GOAT. The actual times run and how they have done in head-to-head competition is only a minor part of the calculation

Strange joke I don't quite get.
In all seriousness, 3:53 high is doable next year. Only 1.3 seconds.
