Its a shame Patrick Swayze is dead. Would love to see a Road House Star Wars spinoff with Swayze as a rough bouncer in the Mos Eisley Cantina.

This is sad. Just sad.
I'd like to see more development of the budding droidmance between R2D2 and C3PO. Most overlooked storyline of the movies. You could add in an R4 unit for a love triangle.
More interested in the home life of Wedge Antilles
A Lando entourage style show. Comedy and strong sexual content.
Doubtful Disney would do a standalone featuring a character that has no connection to the reboot series, particularly a CGI character. The question is where the standalones will go after the Han Solo movie. Darth Vader's arc has been pretty much covered in the prequels and original series. Maybe Leia but that would mean a lot of CGI also and frankly Leia's not the most interesting characters -- she has no dark side or connection to the dark side. Maybe C3PO/R2D2 as they are the only characters to appear in all the movies, yet we really don't know much of their backstory.
I would like Dawn of the Jedi,on the planet Tython.
Cool- then they could Peter Dinklage a part as Yoda's drinking buddy.

The new Star Wars Movies - Force Awakens, Rogue One etc are rinse and repeat.
Nothing original.
At least they suckered you into a $10+ movie ticket.
This is how Star Wars and Star Trek have been for decades... I bet you've spent more watching all of those than I have.
I would kill for that
Read the current Star Wars comic book, now at issue #26. This issue and the next are dealing with a Yoda story coming from Luke reading excerpts from the journal of Ben Kenobi. The whole Jason Aaron run has been very good, as were issues 8-12? or so if you really like Dengar the bounty hunter. Aaron wrote Dengar spot on.
Jar Jar Binks animated film.
Boba Fett film
Film set at Jabbas palace with mini stories about some of the palace people
Movie that is an exact copy of The Godfather but instead of Don Corleone, it's about Jabba the Hutt and the rise to power of his son Rotta the Hutt as they are persecuted by the warring Skywalker family and Solo family.

Except for in the new canon the Jedi began on Ahch-To.

I agree. I especially was annoyed with force awakens.
A new death star with another flaw that allowed it to be blown up from the inside again because the death star plans were hidden in a droid again and tracked to the hidden rebel base again in the millennium falcon again. Ugh!!!

Do you guys think they should make Yoda movies? Detailing all his adventures from a padawan all the way up to grandmaster of the Jedi order. His life span was just a little south of a 1000 years so he definitely could get like 10 movies made for him. I mean Jason,Freddy Kruger, alien and Star Trek have like 10+. Why not Yoda?
Thoughts?
A shot-for-shot live action of the Thrawn trilogy would have been the only thing that could satisfy me. Sadly, that window on that closed before the prequels even began shooting.

I would totally watch this one
I would pay to see a Darth Vader movie. I have always been pro-empire anyway. They brought order to the galaxy, curbed the influence of ruthless mafia bosses like Jabba the Hutt, ended the sanctimonious and Papal-like corruption of the Jedi, put an end to the sectarian aims of differing planets of the Republic, and created technological marvels that the so-called 'rebels' could only dream of. George Lucas never once gave us a solid reason why the Republic was intrinsically good and worth keeping.
