OK. I'll have to take your word for it - I've never heard of anything else from Manfred Man, and I've heard them mentioned as One Hit Wonders before.
Amazing what some people think are one hit wonders either in music or track:
Manfred Mann and Manfred Mann's Earth Band (the group that recorded 'Blinded by the Light') are listed as two separate groups.
Dan Hartman in addition to the two songs mentioned, was the singer and bass player for the Edgar Winter Group. Think 'Free Ride'.
Toto - 'Hold the Line' They were around for a while
I can't believe some of the names bandied about as one hit wonders in t&F.
Henry Rono??????????????
David Moorcroft?????????
Where you guys paying attention in the late 70's and 80's?

Manfred Man - Blinded By The Light
Presidents Of The USA - Cleveland Rocks
Foghat - Slow Ride

First things first, Electric Light Orchestra did "Blinded by the Light" along with "Turn to Stone", "Don't Bring Me Down", and the classic "Evil Woman."
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! FOGHAT A ONE HIT WONDER???!!! Foghat is the antithesis of a one-hot wonder, "Fool for the City", "I Just Want to Make Love to You" are some other big hits from this hard rocking band. Manfred Mann did a good cover of Dylan's "Quinn the Eskimo" plus "I Came For You." The Presidents of the United States of America may have been a one-album wonder but were certainly not one-hit wonders. "Lump", "Kitty", and "Peaches" are all solid tunes.
First of all, I'm an idiot. Manfred Mann did "Blinded by the Light."
More one hit wonders:
Mr. Big - To Be With You
Modern English - Melt With You
Soft Cell - Tainted Love
The Turtles - So Happy Together
The Vapors - Turning Japanese
The Knack - My Sharona
ELO never covered "Blinded by the Light" The song you are mixing up is called "So Glad You Said Goodbye".
Gimme Gimme Good Lovin' Crazy Elephant
Ooh definitely Voices Carry- Til Tuesday

Dathan Ritzenhein. He was one of the most hyped high schoolers ever. Took bronze at the World Junior XC in 2001.
Then he went to Colorado and ran a few good races in small meets, got hurt screwing around with his high school chums at some local yokel relay race and was never the same.
This aged well.
Komen had a string of chart toppers in 98, not the case for Chumbawumba the year prior ..Tubthumpin’
U Can’t Touch This- MC Hammer
Manfred Mann also did the song "I CAME FOR YOU" which gained far more traction with Bruce Springsteen's version. And Bruce recorded a version of "BLINDED BY THE LIGHT."

I like the Peter Rono pick.
However, the biggest one hit wonder of all time is Bob Beamon. His best jump is still number 2 of all time and his second best jump probably doesn't make the top 1000.
I think my post from 2003 holds up.
Funny seeing the Webb and Ritz references as they both would go on to set American Records years after the start of this thread.
Add 17 years to the thread and Beamon is still #2 all time from his one jump in 1968.
Benny Mardones "Into the night"
This bumped thread serves the board purpose of showing how little poster Flagpole Willy knows about music.
Toto a One Hit Wonder?
What a tool.
