When you get fired for being a racist, you usually don't have a lot of options...

Racist LR poster is from So Cal, coaches throwers.
So THAT's 'exthrower' on Letsrun. Good to know...
What actually happened
It looks like St. Gregory's University in Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Coach. Judging by who is on staff as of right now, it looks like the position is for throws or jumps (possibly both).
Looks like it be a great gig for getting yourself into college coaching.
That means New Orleans is open, for all you masochists out there.
Didn't someone say this thread was dead about 5 pages ago, I think not yet.

Explains why UNO hadn’t hired a throws coach yet
Is being the third sprint coach at a Power 5 better than a head coach at a mid-major? A several more years and he might have had a chance at head coach of his own power 5 team.

Texas is a little different, the third sprint coach makes 80-90k
Dalton is a SNAKE....it's all about ego....in his eyes Texas is BIG time even if he is a stopwatch/clip board holder.
The real job everybody wants is open
I ain't gonna lie I applied hope they will reach out
Why Would texas have 3 coaches leading Sprints, Relays and Hurdles? It's not like the have way too many sprinters/hurdlers.

Not many would bat an eyelash at a program with 3 coaches for mid-distance and distance, so why worry about Texas placing their resources into coaches for sprints, relays, and hurdles?

Good point. Some teams have 4 distance coaches. Sprints and hurdles requires a lot more time coaching on the track and weight room rather than sending your athletes on runs.
Also Mario and Ty have coached every field event in the past.
While I appreciate the mention on such a venerable site as this, I'm not sure I am worthy of discussion. Let's all stop hating on each other and do the best we can with the teams (if any) we have. On that note, I'll sign off.
