However, I guess you could say that I "rode on other people's success"......the athletes that were recruited and developed within the programs I worked achieved at high levels, in and out of the competition arena. Yep - because of their commitment, hard work, focus, discipline, etc they were successful......which led to my successes as well. So - you are correct.
