Take northridge off
Take northridge off
They still had a distance position that wasn't filled before Avery left for UCLA
CMU did phone interviews - will bring candidates on campus over the next week or two
Take LSU off
Anyone have any info on short lists or hiring timelines for these recently opened distance jobs?
LSU still has a sprint position available.
Doug Reynolds leaves alabama

It's listed on the list as distance, should be sprints then.
Ohio State lost two distance coaches and just hired one. What are they doing with the other position? Turning it to a sprint coach? Another distance coach still to come?
what is your evidence and you are using macthrow as a reference I will slap you. Their fingers are with their heads, stuck up their a$$es.
Got word from a buddy that Zeb Lang is leaving Cornell. His wife apparently got a teaching job out West. Zeb coached the men's distance and middle-distance at Cornell for several years with considerable success.
No word on how they plan to replace him so I don't know whether this is a job opening or not. I don't think they'd ask the women's distance coach to handle both sexes but I don't know for sure.
Still I figured that all you guys who are looking for distance jobs might be interested in checking it out. Ithaca is a really phenomenal place to be a distance runner or distance coach.
I don't see it posted?

Solinsky is going to Florida. If I was Florida, no offense to Chris, I'd hire a Kenyan or someone with ties to Kenya. They need 1-2 ringer studs to make sure they win NCAAs in track every year.
Has anyone on mentioned that my old job- Cornell men's distance job is now open? My replacement, Zeb Lang, will be following his wife who just got her PHD at Cornell, to Fort Collins (not for coaching just a university job for her).
kentucky jumps/sprints open.
Heard a rumor it is Mark Rowland of OTC & they are just working out some logistics
Maybe jumps coach, they have close to non, and there is a lot of talent in OH
Who are the Hawaii candidates? I thought they were done with phone interviews?
Bryan Clay coming back home
Let's hear some rumors on these newly opened jobs. I don't care if they're legitimate candidates, I'm just bored with this thread...

Any names besides internal coaches for the CMU one?
Who did Auburn hire for CC?
