I did hills yesterday(6x60m all out after 45min easy) so my legs being dead before this workout could have caused this. Anyways my soccer friend just got off an injury a couple weeks ago and was cleared for running, and he loves HILLS, I mean like, really loves them. So we did hills, 60-70m with a jog back as rest x 16, taking a 3min break every 4. The first 8 I did barefoot and felt relaxed and fine. But then I popped on the bad boys and at the top of the hill it felt like hell. The lactic acid is pouring, legs feel like jello, and suddenly on our last set, I felt super lightheaded and almost passed out at each rep. Is this normal behavior? If so how do I stop it? I looked on forums, and couldn't find anything. Sorry I'm new to running and training properly. I'm still pretty light headed even writing this,
