It's not a fair point. Poster is free to celebrate his holiday. Others are free to celebrate their holidays.
What is not okay is then demanding others celebrate the poster's holiday. Which is why a stupid poster in a publicly funded institution leads to being "offended. ".
Practice and enjoy your religion. Don't mix it with government.
