I recommend the treadmills at the gym. They are high quality expensive treadmills and the initial purchase, cleaning and maintenance and replacement are not my problem.

I guess I need to be more specific (and feed the trolls): I am looking for a treadmill for my basement for when time/ childcare constraints make it difficult to get out for a real run- if I could get to the gym I could get out for a real run.
