The best treadmill I have tried is the woodway.

Have had my Sole F80 for going on 7 years - thousands of miles - $1500 thru Dick's online. One problem: had the rear roller bearing getting noisy - they sent me a new one no cost. I'll buy another when the time comes for sure - one of the best warranties out there.
I have a NordicTrack Elite 9700 Pro with iFit and have been very happy with it. You can map out any course in the world. Auto adjusts the incline to the hills. Have done 17 mile runs on it with no boredom.
I bought a Sole F85 from Dick's Sporting Goods two years ago.
Initially, it had recurring errors in the speed sensor that caused it to not work. (which was frustrating) After they replaced the motor controller and speed sensor, I haven't had a problem for the past 18 months.
It's definitely a home treadmill in the sense that it's not as sturdy as the ones you'll find in a club. But it's okay for home use. My whole family uses it during the winter, so it gets a lot of miles. It's holding up well so far.
I love my True PS800. I did get a good deal on this otherwise pricey model.
F85 is a more complete treadmill, and will increase mph faster. I would go with that one
Like a few others have said, I would just go get a gym membership. There's a lot more beneficial than just having one treadmill. You get access to much more that would help you in the long run.
I'm looking to have a good treadmill as well.
I did some research and I think proform 2000 and norditrack 1750 is the best for little under $15000. Anyone has experience with it?

I also vote for the Sole F80. I bought mine only about 2 weeks ago on cyber monday. It's $1399 right now on their website which is about $500 less than the f85. slighly smaller motor but it has a LIFETIME warranty on it. Can't beat that.

I never touch the weights or other cardio machines but I like the free showers and cable.
If the treadmill conks out I just jump on another one.
I've had an unusable treadmill sitting in my house for like 9 years now. (Fried board)

Hi guys!
As winter is comming (or actually there's now) I decided that this year some of my training I want to do in my home on treadmill. Of course not every session but a few.
I did some research and I'm not sure about quality I need. I'm wondering two options:
http://www.fit365online.com/sole-f85-treadmill-review/and
http://www.fit365online.com/nordictrack-t-6-5-s-treadmill-review/Sole F85 seems to be more expensive but it has better motor and more programs. As I said I think that I will do some of my training outside and I'm not sure if I need that expensive treadmill. NorticTrack is cheaper but still good in my opinion.
Do you have treadmill in your house or you can recommend one of those?
Thank you for every help!
Cheers,
Anthony
Get an Elipticall machine instead of a treadmill. Jump on the bandwagon. I't's almost 2017. No one uses Treadmills anymore
OR get an ARC Trainer by Cybex. It will whip you into better shape than any treadmill on the market
I got a Landice Pro Trainer treadmill in great condition for $500 plus 160 shipping.
Here's the best treadmill you can buy and it doesn't cost a lot either. Use this treadmill for a few months and you will be almost guaranteed to win the Dubai Marathon next year.
Here's a treadmill you can make yourself
I don't really like elliptical machine. I was thinking about it but I prefer treadmill. While slow running I can read books - on elliptical machine it would be harder :)
Thanks everyone for recommendation. I bought Sole F85 because of fair price (it's not too cheap but there was also more expensive treadmills) and good reviews. Looking forward for my treadmill, should be in my home before weekend, excited!
NordicTrack Commercial 1750 is excellent for the price, IMO. I have had mine for several years and have used it regularly. A lot of good features, quiet, good warranty, etc. Normal price is ~$1,500 but with a little digging you should. E able to find coupon codes to bring it down several hundred.

WOODWAY. End of discussion.
Great time of the year to buy a treadmill. The closer you get to the end of this month, the easier the negotiations will be. If you don't like haggling, take someone to do it for you, these are big ticket items and you can negotiate for free delivery, a mat for underneath, an extended warranty, etc.
We have a True PS800 which we like because it is sturdy...there is nothing worse than having a flimsy treadmill underfoot.
