Flotrack wow showed him doing 12 x 400 on grass in 72 with "3:30 jog" but video and interview showed he wasn't "jogging" the recoveries. He said he did something like 5:30 pace (on avg)- So that means the workout was (if my math is right) approximately:
12 x 400/1000 at 72 for the 400 and 5:47 pace for the 1000's (actually 972 meters)
On these workout videos, they often leave out the details that actually make a big difference- like the recovery distance & pace. Maybe that is intentional, so the team is secretive with their training. Or maybe the producer/reporter just don't understand that it actually matters.
