If you look at her physique it is clear that just a few sets of push-ups and some core work will transform her just as Farah was transformed by this regimen.

If you watched the whole video -- you would have seen the ENTIRE strength work out the NOP runners do, guided by their physio.

It includes a ton of things like weights, medicine ball workouts, all kinds of physio type workouts to isolate specific muscles etc. etc. etc.
