How do they do it? I remember in running with the buffaloes, Wetmore told Adam Goucher to skip lunch to lose some weight. Is that the norm at CU? How do they balance that with getting enough energy to race?
It is odd OP, (without naming names) I actually thought some CU runners at Nats could have stood to lose 5 pounds.
