To me he is the GOAT. He is Olympic Champion. He is a world indoor champion. And he has one of the fastest 1500M in U.S. history (Lagat and Maree have the only faster times). This next outdoor season is all about times. I would not be surprised to see him end the year with new PRs across the board.
There are some other consequences if Centro destroys Mo at 5000m:
https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/1759089/mo-farahs-wifes-furious-f-word-tirade-at-airline-worker-over-delay-boarding-rio-flight/There is a high probability that Tania tiger kitten will get really mad and yell at Mo.

Quality workouts is where it's at and thats where you dont want to take a short cut! I can run a 3:42 1500 off of 31 miles a week
You´re over 100m behind the ghost of El Guerrouj, better to start REAL TRAINING, if want to even improve considerably. Guys like you with the "quality training" BS don´t know what quality training is; the hard endurance work is a requirement to maximize the benefits from the "quality" training. They are dependent of each other. I know, you will not get it, until you´ve learned it the hard way.

In the article, Centro doesn´t speak of the mileage he did last year, but says that he´s currently @ 105mpw, because racing more at the 5k next year. My improvement has been skyrocketing. I'd say less than 2 years I'll have the world record. As long as I keep doing what I'm doing. And I did learn the hard way after years and years of doing it all wrong.
Well, I know for a fact he is gonna retain his double gold medal status in London 2017 ... and anyone who disagree with that need his/her head examined ..beyond that God knows , but at the moment there is no one man alive who can take on Mo in the 5 n the 10k

Actually, although Mo may win double gold in London in 2017, you do not know this "for a fact." So many things can go wrong, including injuries and the emergence of a young super talent. Paul Chelimo challenged Mo in the 5000m this year. Mo may win but nobody knows at this juncture.

Sure, sure (not).

Centro isn't a miler. He might be able to win a US championships but won't be able to step up with the big boys on the world stage and win a medal in the mile.

That video says 100 is the most he's done. Not that he's running 100mpw.
Sorry I forgot to add that Mo would need 2 b healthy n need 2 stay away 4rm trouble during the race ( tripping or being tripped ) apart from that nothing is coming between him n his double gold
as far as the emergence of a young super start who will suddenly dethrone Mo I wouldn't hold my breath nor i will bet my money on it ... #OneMoMile

"And involved in such schemes has not only one Russian. "Those cases of doping were covered and in the interests of other countries. Of course, not free. But sometimes Lamine Diack years later demanded new amounts for that not to give effect to the matters for which has already received the money," - said the source, adding that famous British runner, two-time Olympic champion in London 2012 (in the women's 5,000 and 10,000 m) Mo Farah at least four failed a doping test. But never the case does not have set in motion."
