Anyone else remember the track and field list serve? Or the tandfmedia.com website? Both had prompt international and US collegiate race results, training discussions, and trash talk. Let's run has carried the torch, and for a long time. But these two were the precursors. Let's run just filled the gap. If that Arkansas track & XC alumni dude, (Scheifer? Schiffer? Schief-something), hadn't stopped maintaining tandfmedia.com to do something else with his life, LRC would have never taken over this market. Just saying... worth giving credit to where this all actually started. The Johnson's weren't innovators, but the did pick up the ball and keep it moving, which is great.
