Wouldn't the 800 - 10K need to be done on the track? Like some have said, it would need to start from the gun to be legit, so this needs to start on a track and remain on a track the first 25 laps. Then off to the roads to break the HM and MAR records. Doable, but would take some serious cash bonuses for anyone to give it a shot. Starting off a marathon with a 1:52 800 en route to a 4:07 first mile would be very difficult.
It would be amazing to see. The sheer bravado of it. I think Trump would pay the bonuses.
I like the idea of making it a fartlek. Maybe something like 15 low first 5k, 14 low 2nd 5k progressing to the 8:05 3k, 4:11 mile and 3:49 1500 to get the 10k, 5k, mile and 1500 records done. Then cruise at 5:10 pace for 10k, and run 1:52 last 800 of the half marathon for that 65, then run a 70:20 last half marathon. Of course if you want to throw in the Steeplechase, it probably gets a lot harder. Haha!
I wouldn't bet on it, but if anyone in history is doing it Mo Farah is the guy. Start the Marathon on a track with a 1500m. Run a 3:49 closing in 1:52, take a mile or two at 5min-15 pace to cool-down. Proceed to run a 29:flat 10k closing in 14min low... couple of 5min-5:15miles to cool-down, then run the last half in 64low to get it done......

Doesn't count unless the distance is from the gun.
So you'd have to go out in 1:52, etc.
I think a 29 low 10K with the first mile in 4:07 and the first half of that mile in 1:52 would be very hard.
Even someone with 26:20 ability would have trouble making 29 with that fast of a start and the fatigue that would kick in early.
Why not have multiple starting lines? As long as it's not a standing start there's no reason you couldn't do it. A 2:04 marathoner could easily throw away a minute or two standing up before secondary guns go off for the shorter record attempts and still finish that marathon sub 2:15...
Not sure how the OP did his numbers. Here's what I got:
Run 800 in 1:53
Then 4:29/mi pace for next 700m (1500m in 3:50)
Then 4:35/mi pace for next 1500m (3000m in 8:06, you will easily pass mile under WR enroute)
Then 4:54/mi pace for next 2000m (5000m in 14:11)
Then 4:52/mi pace for next 5000m (10,000 in 29:17)
Then 5:11/mi pace for next 11km (HM in 65:0x)
Then 5:22/mi pace for last 21 km (M in 2:15:25)
