Before this week I had really got my self back into shape.Sunday I had a awesome workout. I was almost ready to start racing. Then Sunday night I got sick. Then monday all I could do was 8 to 9 miles.Then tusday all i did was some strides 18x 120s .Then i had a major scare in my life.I could only do 3 miles real slow.I was so tired.I did the same today.This was do not so much due to sickness as do to a major personal issue.Now that is behind me.How much fitness have I lost?Also is it ok to go for an easy 8 to 9 miles tomorrow?Then start building back.
