For those running CIM this year, at any speed, I have produced a speadsheet that uses simply your goal time to produce mile splits for every mile. (Based on elevation profile in fine detail)
I want to share it with people both to help you and to see what people think of the results.

Please let me know if you are very inexperienced with excel, and also tell me your goal time, and I'll send you a personalized spreadsheet.
For example, somebody trying to run a 3:00:00 marathon would ideally split 20:30 at 3mi, 1:08:40 at 10mi, and 2:17:17 at 20mi.
