With Brent Leber on their side, Lipscomb will annihilate any team in their path.
I'm honestly surprised this conference still exists. Teams move out all the time like it's the walking dead.
Anytime a mediocre high school kid posts the question "can I run D1?" I think of course you can if you want to attend an ASun school.
While the bottom teams in the ASun may be pretty bad the top 3 schools, Lipscomb, UNF, and FGCU have pretty strong distance programs. I think it will be close but Lipscomb should get the win with FGCU in 2nd and UNF in 3rd
Just looked at their tffrs. Looks like FGCU and Lipscomb raced 4-5 times already. Its a bold strategy, lets see if it pays off for them.
It's a bold strategy cotton, let's see if it pays off for em
UNF ran patient, like true champs, and locked it down. Not a ton of surprises throughout.
Lipscomb redshirted top 3 runners this year. And team was almost all freshmen. Had a bad race but they are going to be amazing next year and the next few years.
True. Its gotta be the hair. Feathered and lethal. UNF brought their A game this year as their team were looking blonder and longer than ever. It's no wonder they had it locked down with a mile to go. The defending champs however were lacking in the flow department as they sported a young squad. They look to grow over the next year and return ready to do battle.
Some Bison freshmen rocked the long hair - not Brent, though. Possibly why he missed out on All-Conference Second Team by a spot. Oh well, a young career I'm sure we will soon see flourish.
Yo', I should know this, but where did Logan Poteet end up?
That "freshmen" actually got a hair cut about a week before conference so it was much longer 2 weeks ago.
Poteet is now at KSU
UNF is the best-looking team on the Eastern seaboard and might be the best-looking team in the NCAA. Having a good-looking squad is essential, which is why teams like Rutgers, Miss State, and Clemson are struggling so much in their respective conferences
Lipscomb was really let down by the ugliness of their #1 during that race. Like honestly, did anyone else see that guy? What even was that.

This is probably true.
UNF may be the team that can take down NAU, with their 6th man Robert Leverone being the darkhorse to dethrone Cheserek. I hear he is coming off of injury and has tremendous upside... plus he is pretty good with the ladies

I agree with this to a point. The UNF boys are mostly drop dead gorgeous... However, UNF super Frosh Noah Perkins may be the kink in the armor. The boy can run but his sub par looks may be holding him back. If he grows his hair longer to improve on the flow he may be able to overcome his shortcoming in the aesthetic department
