Hello all!
Shameless plug, but I write for a blog called Etrain11 which centers around male distance running. I mainly cover the NCAA. We've had interviews with guys like Clayton Murphy, Craig Lutz, Daniel Winn, and Chad Noelle. Our NCAA readership has been growing and we're always trying to provide new material to our readers out there!
We just released predictions/previews for 9 different NCAA D1 conferences! Feel free to check them out and tell us what you think!

Women's predictions?

Unfortunately, we don't have any. We made an effort to get women's coverage going when we first started, but we couldn't find a knowledgable writer consistently providing information on the women's side. A lot of our readership is heavily male as well so the target audience is a bit difficult to pick up.

I am fascinated that you have Alex Ostberg ranked and he has yet not ran this year so there is no way to guesstimate his level of fitness. Were you going off of reputation or just hope or what?

My thought process is that Stanford wouldn't have held him back for this long if he wasn't a game changer and if he wasn't prepared. Ostberg may have been the top long-distance recruit of his class had Grant Fisher (and arguably Maton) not been around. Give him 2 years of straight training and I think that's good enough for top 20.
