Everyone in USA wakes up at 7am, drinks quarts of coffee till work by 9am, then after 3 hours of hyperproductivity they gorge on lunch. Then enter zombie mode all afternoon after returning (1pm). The body has a cycle where 6 hours after waking it becomes tired.
So why not take a siesta for 2-3 hours? And work again starting at 3-4pm. Would this improve USA?
