Dibaba has gaudy necklace, how much weight is that?
Korir now the trailer, and looking to get dropped IMO
Really goes to show the depth of African running. Gillis was 10th at the Olympics for Canada where there's 3 max athletes per country. These no name Africans show up and still run a muck on the comp.
Dibaba looking like he wants to run away from Rono, latter still in contact (1:40:00)
35k about 1:45:52, side by side Rono and Dibaba
1:49 Rono running away (50m)
1:52 Rono widening the gap
40k 2:01:27, all Rono
Philemon Rono won in 2:08:30. Seboka Dibaba was 2nd and Albert Korir 3rd.
Eric Gillis was 4th in 2:13:42 and won the Canadian title.

4th place is the worst. Off the podium, but a solid performance. Poor guy.
They've got Ed W. on their homepage. I'm tracking him. He's doing well. I love how they gave him bib #85 for his age! Sub-4:00 at 85 is outstanding in my books.

Actually it's "amok".
