Rupp has three TUEs listed, all in 2009, for Methylprednisolone, salmeterol (Advair) and salbutamol (Combivent). Flanagan has one, from 2016, for an IV infusion of sodium chlorine solution on the day of the marathon trials (where she was dehydrated).

Am I supposed to be concerned about these?

Sodium chloride, you mean. So just a saline drip to make sure she was hydrated for those conditions. -

I think it's safe to assume the IV was administered after the race.
On Rupp - how can that be it? What about the thyroid meds? -
Cytomel?
-
Really glad to see Rupp's results. Proves NOP is not gaming the system and getting TUE's for every little thing, real or otherwise.
Also nice to know a ton of Rupp haters on these boards have to eat some of their words. That "grey area" he trains and competes in is now basically whittled down to icy hats. Bottom line is Rupp is cleaner than a lot of people thought. I know.... That hurts some people's feelings. -
What wasn't disclosed would be a lot more interesting.
-
It proves that other things (Cytomel) are taken in doses that do not appear in tests. No need for a TUE that can't been seen by the testers.

Maybe that's it because Rupp doesn't abuse TUEs? Also, for the millionth time, thyroid medication does not require a TUE, since it doesn't improve performance like a PED. -
LOL @ Rupp Fanboys and Salazar's PRbots.
As noted, you don't need a TUE for something that can't be tested for. You only need a TUE when you step out of the gray zone. -

The fact that you had to say this line should be reason enough not to be his fan boy, like you are. -
Fancybear is Al Sal, there's no other explanation. If this was a Russian attempt to prove everyone else is dirty then it has done the opposite. Maybe Fancy Bear is Rupp's nickname for Salazar.
-
Oh dear, this hasn't been a good week for the NOP haters. I bet some of them now wish that Fancy Bears didn't bother leaking this stuff.
Remind me again, wasn't Salazar and NOP abusing the TUE system. And yet the date shows otherwise. I mean, where was Rupp's TUE in 2012 when he won Silver?
Steve Cram said on the radio yesterday that the TUE leaks for some athletes have been a good thing, because it exposed the idiots on social media and forums, who were accusing certain athletes of being on tons of TUEs and what the leaks have shown is that actually they've only had a few in their entire career. -

I am a fan of Rupp. I do think he is clean.
I'll clarify the above line for you. There are a lot of people who think Rupp is doped to the gills and gets a TUE for a bunch of random ailments. The release of this information proves he is "CLEANER" than those people thought because, at a minimum, the information proves Rupp/NOP is not a TUE factory.
Their opinion will now change to 'he just uses PEDs' which "CLEANER" than 'he gets a TUE for everything and uses PEDS'. -

This isn't true. Cytomel is not a WADA banned substance in any quantity, so you do not need a TUE for it. It's that simple.
In the USA specifically, it is a drug that you need a doctor's prescription to use however (which Rupp and other NOP athletes were able to acquire). In other countries it can be taken over the counter so there is no issue there. -

Salazar is quoted saying Rupp has had two TUEs since 2010. So, at a minimum Rupp is "DIRTIER" than Fancy Bears suggests. What say you? -

This was a brilliant ploy by NOP to make them look cleaner than they are. They orchestrated this entire hack and then only revealed PART of the data but it tricked people into thinking it was all of the data. Simply brilliant. -
