Looks like Pete has reached the dead center of Utah. Unsure how many miles he's done. He doesn't update the strava files very often, probably only does it every couple days.

Just chatted today with RV driver (it's actually my RV they're using). They've been out of cell connectivity for 3 days, thus the lack of strava.
Rolling through Fairview, UT. about to turn right and start climbing a canyon. Conceivably about a 3000' vertical climb over the next 10+ miles if he goes that far.

No prob, man!

Just use the DeLorme tracker that's been linked a few times in this thread, and from his web site that's also been linked a few times. Mileage isn't exact, but close enough.
Aquadyne, really cool of you to lend your RV for this!
Today (Thur Sept 23) same 2:30 start, though I now realize that's LAX time so in Utah that's 3:30pm Mountain Time.
So far today, with a net altitude change of + 3600 ft (from 5100 to 8600), Pete has covered 67.5 miles in 11 hours 25 minutes, which includes a 45-minute break in the 11 o'clock hour (MST) at Moroni, UT.
I'm hoping sleep at altitude is good tonight, perhaps sweetened by the sounds of the tumbling waters of Upper Huntington Creek. Based just on the Google Earth view, the mountain scenery looks quite welcoming.
Oops that's Today, FRIDAY Sept 23
I wonder how many of these posts are being written by his team? Same writing style repeated over and over, posters up at 3:30 in the morning supposedly watching his feed, very fishy.

Does anybody know how the man passes the time?
Listening to music, books on tape, company on a bike?
Just curious.
I noticed his HR is 123 which is what mine is walking up a modest hill so he doesn't look particularly duressed, you know, except for the 70 miles he puts on his legs everyday. Just thinking he would get god awful bored. Heck he could have a 50 inch screen hung off the back of the RV and watch movies all day. Of course he would miss some of that scenery.
So just wondering how he passes the time.
Definitely rooting for him.
This is actually a pretty solid question.

Nearing the top of the Old Priest Grade Road....that road is crazy steep. Hope he spends a little time in love Groveland, CA.
Wow I had no idea this was happening, I live in Sonora! If I was home I would've gone out to cheer him on.
Sleeping at 8700' tonight. The next few days are the worst as far as altitude goes. No real break until he gets to the eastern slope and Ft. Collins... Thursday or Friday?

I've met Pete, and I know someone who is good friends with him and is in some contact with his crew, so I know some of the background, but I'm not part of the crew. I've only posted under this handle in this thread. Dunno how to prove that, but I don't think I care whether you find it fishy. Wouldn't shock me if his PR person is also posting here, but I don't know her at all or if she is. I haven't been paying attention. Maybe that's her at 3:30am, when Pete generally starts his run. Maybe it would be better if she identified herself if she is.
What's the diff? Pete is out there running ~70 miles/day. Got any beef with that? The proof is out there with full Strava as they are able to post it, DeLorme tracker, some pics and video, open to anyone who wants to join him. They are following the Guinness requirements, which takes a lot of doc.
FB pics from this morning show 3" of snow! He started at 3:30am anyway.
I just scanned through the posts. I seem to be the only regular early morning poster so you must be wondering about me. I live on the east coast. If you're west coast, what's 3:30 to you is 6:30 to me. Like I said, I know Pete, and I also like following things like this--Meltzer's AT run, for another example. I don't think I posted in that thread here though, or maybe once or twice.

Instead all we get is cold, heartless numbers! Even his heart rate!. What is he, a robot, an automaton?

I think your humor detector is broke. You should see a doc, Doc.
Unrelated to that, I know for a fact that Pete is very aware of the Robert Young scam. In the end maybe that will be good for him as he knows he has to be very complete in documenting the run.
He's still balling. Only about 49 miles left in Utah. 45 miles done already for Sunday, and barely after noon.

Looks like he finished with just under 75 for the day, probably a few extra to get to that RV park for the night. Strava's updated thru yesterday as well and wouldn't be surprised if they catch up with today's.
According to his FB post today, 950.4 miles in 14 days, which is 67.8 per day, Including that 0 day. Colorado won't be easy but it doesn't look like the climbs are as steep as what he got through in Utah.
