As the title says, how hard would it be to train to beat every woman's WR from 800m to marathon?
The 400m and down do require some natural speed to even get close so that's why 800m and up seems doable.

Quite a lot of people have managed this. I certainly wouldn't say it was impossible to get a clean sweep from 100 to marathon. It would have to be an 800m runner and clearly a very large shift in training would be required between the 100 and marathon, but I wouldn't rule it out.
Rupp (among others) could run them all, 800m to the marathon, in a calendar year.
Many world class male runners could break every women's 800-marathon in a three day period.
The degree of difficulty would really depend on the individual. As mentioned, plenty of people have done it. But plenty of other people would find it impossible.

Pretty much. Not sure if any of them could run the 47.6 though need to get the 400m while still able to get the marathon. A guy like Webb might have been close (i.e. when you can run sub 28, running 2:15 is possible but not automatic)
Allowing for a few minutes to work out splits and pacing, and allowing for "en route" records, some males could break the 800-10,000 records in the same race.

Are you like an imbecile or something?

1:53-low?
Then 3:50 1500m?
It almost gets easier after that.
Question is how to order it. Can he run a 1:53 23 hrs after running a 2:15 marathon? Might want to start with the 800m and mile, then run the marathon.
Are we counting the steeple chase?
10.49 + 2:15 = ??? wrote:

Take someone like Seb Coe, build lots of muscle and only do speed work at the start of their career, run 10.4. Lose the muscle, put in huge volume and marathon specific training, run 2:15 10 years later. Hard? Yes. Impossible? No.
Jager then. Only question I suppose is whether he could run 2:15 marathon off current training. Probably I say.

No man could do it, because men are not women.

So you didn't watch the Olympics?

Wth is natural speed? All times require training.
During the course of the Olympics, I believe Rupp took everything from 1500- Marathon, if you count splits.

I would argue in a one day period

Yes, I sure did, and didn't see any men who broke women's world records.
I did see some guys in women's events, but they aren't women.
Could Kipchoge do it in a single marathon? Beginning from the end, could he close with, say, 55 for the last, 58 for the penultimate lap? I doubt.
Assuming he could do that, he would need about 1.56 for the previous 700 to get the 1500 record. Easy.
Then 4.16 for the 1500 before that to get the 3000m wr.
Before the last 3000m he would have had over 6 minutes for the preceding 2k to get the 5000m record.
That would leave over 15 minutes for the preceding 5k to break the 10000m wr. Before all that, he could have jogged 32195m in about 1:46.
