32. I'm still young enough, but I had the same attitude as OP. I used to run xx, I'll he back be back there in no time. I just need to push myself..... 3 weeks in, my ankles started to hurt from over training. I'm still less than 3 months in. I ran 10 today as my longest run yet. Like I said, I could have tacked on 5 more miles today and felt strong. I'd get an overuse injury for sure, because I haven't built up to 15 yet
