So what else is new? All these elites at the 1500 - 10K distances race like cowards most of the time. For example, whether you win a gold medal or don't, you have raced like a coward if you've been part of an Olympic 1500 final that is won in 3:50. Simpson will return home to her Rio Bronze. Rowbury will return home to her inhaler.

Rowbury should have been disqualified yesterday for cutting off and pushing Muir just before the finish line. The little d bag's first reaction was to cut off the push the lady in front of her - this shows her true character.

I sincerely doubt Simpson is "devastated." She has an Olympic medal. She's won Diamond League races before. The medal is something new. I bet New Balance likes it.
