Can a hole be whole? Or be wholly filled by holes? If in a whole is found a hole, it is whole no longer but may wholly be considered holey. Conversely, a hole may be wholly filled, but is no longer holey nor a hole but a whole. Consider many holes making a whole. If one hole is filled, all holes must be filled to regain wholeness.
