My short middle distance times are pretty in line with each other, I think (400 (57.x), 600 (91), 800 (2:07), 1000 (2:44)) and my long distance timeas are pretty in line with each other (5K (17:1x), 10K (36:0X), half (79 high), marathon (2:50))
But my mile (4:50) and 5K aren't in line with each other or my shorter stuff, I think.
Without getting into my training specifics, does it seem like I should be doing more 3K-5K paced stuff? Or is it the case that I might just have a low aerobic ceiling?
I am in my mid-30s and have trained pretty consistently for the last 5 years I would say in the 45-55 mile range.
