Rupp was having a hard time kicking hard on the track. Maybe, he has the wheels to run fast on the roads. For the looks, he could run very fast, but the World Record? I will fall out of my chair if I see that and that's not counting if Kipchoge doesn't push that mark even deeper. He (Kipchoge) looked pretty fresh and still has a lot of fast running in him.

With no minimum bet? I'd put down 5 dollars on that.

And let's not forget Rupp ran this race after spending ~ a month working on his kick for the 10k and doing a 27:0x in a championship -style race.

I look forward to seeing what he can do on the roads... Anyone know what his plans are for next year? (I think they said one more year on the the track before going full time to the 'thon)

if you remove africans from team usa, some american born replacements could have got a top 8 finish or better.

rupp can run 204 now. this is no stretch. those 440 miles in the rain translate to 43x high perfect conditions.

centro can go 328.

jager can go 755.

usa has never looked better.
