Let the second guessing begin, if he hadn't run the 10000 would he have the legs to challenge Kipchoge?
of course he would have. Horrible for him to have done that. It shows we don't have a lot of depth at the very top that there wasn't another 10,000 runner to take his place.
Wow. I switchded to the NBC coverage to see what you all were seeing and of course they were on commercial and you missed the move.
Is this on NBC and NBCSN or just one?
Kipchoge is the greatest of all time so he should have this one but the marathon in 26.2 miles not 23. He's got 3+ miles to go roughly.
This is why the stream is better (or ideally both). No commercials on the stream so I just flip over during the commercials.

Let's give props to NBC. They managed to be on commercial when Rupp was dropped adn then they managed to miss kipchoge breaking the EThiopians when they were showing a replay of Rupp getting dropped.
kipchoge looking strong. kiprop shuld have talked to him.
Rupp has slowed to 5 min+ pace
The natural order has been restored. Kenyan leading.
Rupp keeps looking back. Not a good sign.
Rupp in HURT.
Well hopefull Kipchoge blows up, went out due to anger, so maybe he went to early
He might not even medal the way he is slowing.
37k, 10s lead for Kipchoge over Lelasi, then 10s more to Rupp, still 30s+ back to 4th

Kipchoge is sick
Yes he is .. but Wanjiru, Mutai, etc. etc. would have done the same to these two .. he's just the current best
