You're on a running forum, you, get that, you, have picked "out one or two" visible differences, the most important additional one we've picked out is the obvious advantageous one on the running track. Why is that?, because we're on a running forum. (And don't forget the elevated T levels).
You're the only one suggesting that people here "conclude they therefore must be a certain gender", people here aren't concluding Semenya is a "certain gender" they don't know, that's the whole point, but they are concluding Semenya has certain male characteristics, so therefore we're not suggesting anything "definitive".
I think you're confused and coming at this from your own prejudiced pre-conceived angle, not ours.
