Can we pay $11,000 to Brazil to get the dq lifted?

I saw Japan had no runners ranked top 25 in the 100 in the world this year, usa had all four and still lost lol
Girls squeak in after dropping the baton and the men run out of the zone. Yea ... great results. You must be too young to have seen great relay teams in the past when we had actual competent coaching.

It wasn't, it was late, after the yellow line.
Flippin' idiot. You should go home DEVASTATED! They said it was too early. Always tryin' to be the big man correctin' everyone. Look where it got you. You played yourself.

And then I corrected myself. You the fool now!
Dennis Mitchell strikes again! USATF surely must fire that clown now.....
Embarrassing.
30 + medal olympics only because no Russians this year.

1. Another Embarrassing 4x100 for the US
2. The US is likely to have more mdist-dist medals than sprints by 2024.
3. I wish USATF would address glaring issues with US sprinting
4. USATF will hide behind the fact this could be a 30+ medal Olympics

Forget the DQ, there is a much bigger issue here ... we just lost to Japan in something that does not involve making sushi, doing math, building cars / subway systems, or gaming.
The order was retarded. We had our 100m silver medalist (who cares if he is clean or dirty) running 2nd and some kid who looks like he is 16 years old and on the JV sprints team anchoring against the greatest sprinter ever??? Who does that?
In terms of impact on time, 2nd leg is pretty critical. Can't dispute the order. Brommell was 3rd in WC last year. Gatlin fffed up. Nothing beyond that.
Japs showed what a well prepared 'team' can do in 4x100.
Who would anyone suggest as a replacement for Dennis?
Marta Karolyi
It was Tyson Gay.....who has to be the stupidest sprinter on earth. Track 101 - DO NOT PUT YOUR HAND BACK UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE ZONE!
Gay should never be selected for a team USA relay ever again!
FIRE MITCHELL NOW!

Achilless injury.

Your line up is ran in a really stupid order, and your handoffs sucked.
A HS sprint coach could of done a better job
We lost to Asian male sprinters wearing girl's shorts. Pretty sad boys.
http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2016/08/670_212296.htmlyou dont even need to coach them. They show up at penn relays every yr on no planning and run and win vs the world, then we get to championships and coaches try to re-invent the wheel. Just let the athletes figure it out. Its not like running the triangle offense. They are over doing it.
The "B team" dudes who ran in qualifying looked great. I don't see this "A team" as a big improvement over them other than bigger names. Those young guys did their job and these drug cheats, an old timer, and an injured guy loses a chance for a medal for them. Stupid ass coaching decisions.
Umm USA men got DQ'd at penn this year too....

Huh? They love Mitchell. Nothing is going to happen.

Precision, we lost to them in a precision event. Announcers stated the Japanese have been practicing all year for this, it showed.
Trayvon appears like his injury bothered him to the point he should not have been running. That's why he faded so badly. I really don't see any improvement coming in the sprint relays-the talent is siphoned off by King Football-the USA women can maintain now because there's no American football for women league. The NFL needs to start football workshops and camps in the Caribbean to tap into that talent pool.
Japan has been practicing together for the last year according to Ato Boldon. Plus their anchor was in the final of the 100m here, and his dad is Jamaican to boot. The US should probably send some its coaches to Jamaica to learn how to pass the stick around.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
