With two track meets a week, a full time job, coaching, and my own training, I haven't had much time for any extracurriculars in the past month and a half. Also had zero motivation to sit down and type this sh!t out for my own log, let alone letsrun.
Running training has all been easy mileage, just trying to get back into it with some base. Started easy, gradually worked my way back to running, as I have a dozen other times, after dealing with a bone stress injury.
Finally got a solid week of training together last week. Will start integrating workouts next week
