Is it just me or does Makh-daddy look thinner than usual? Seems a bit more fluid with his form too. He's looked good so far.
His coach upped the EPO and lowered the anabolics
None of y'all predicted that Rupp would beat Kamworor. None of you.
Quick takes:
1) Why didn't the Africans drop the hammer early when Mo was dilly-dallying off the back? If they tag-team a sub-27:00, it would be awfully hard for Mo to make up 30 yards.
2) ~13:15 for Rupp's final 5k. That's a SB.
3) I learned once again that I love tactical races. Wasn't bored for a second (except when they cut to long jump; heps was fine, I could look at Ennis-Hill all day).
4) I wondered if Rupp could have medaled in a non-marathon year.... until I thought about last year. Aside from London, the guy just doesn't quite have world class speed.
5) Can't wait for the marathon.

Whats a SB?
What the fvck just happened in the triple jump ......
Anyone notice Rupp was wearing racing flats?
WTF with Lawson
What the hell is going on with the LJ?!
Massive controversy over Lawson's last jump, Definitely looked to be further than 8 meters, but was marked as 7.78.

BBC are showing it now.
Dragged his hand. Obvious on replay.
What a brutal break for him with that wrist scraping the sand. I think that was the winning mark otherwise.
They measured Lawson's last jump wrong, then covered it up before he had a chance to protest!!!
Lawson's left hand clearly left a mark, the measurement was correct.
