Sounds about right. When I was putting out similar outputs, I was tested at 81.1 mL/kg. He turned professional, I did not.
and based on the study, Froome should win the Rio Time Trial if conditions are hot and humid. He is a superior performer with great acclimatizing abilities in hot and humid conditions.

Wasn't the time trial yesterday?

Yeah that's too bad. Had to take that $250K/yr job while working low-stress hours and spend more time with your super model wife, didn't you?

Jeez, how fat were you?
It was the opposite. Froome reported 9.5% body fat while I had 4.6%. I fear I was too lean, perhaps not enough fat burning ability. This was with the USOC testing, and I am not claiming I had a great coach. I was a bit of a lone wolf that placed top 10 once and top 20 a few times out of college in big one day race. And yes, I started a family quite young, don't quite make $250K, and my wife is pretty hot.
No way Froome is 9.5% during any of the TDFs or the Olympics. Maybe during the winter and off-season. It doesn't say when they tested him.
He is definitely closer to 6-7% in grand tour form.
You weren't 4.6% body fat ever. Froome is the skinniest of the skinnies and at his skinniest he is 6%.

lol
Froome does not have ANYWHERE NEAR 9.5% body fat wtf are you talking about. Your ability to burn fat has nothing to do with how FAT you are lol. You don't even have to test Froome to see he's under 5%.
Lovely story btw, how did you meet your wife?

With epo he''d be at 110%
He was 9.5% during the test, a few weeks after his 2015 Tour de France victory.
Jerry MaGuire is the problem with Letsrun.com. He doesn't even bother to read the study. Flat out the study says this is the first time they have taken a cyclist at peak condition for such a test.
Chris Froome, 9.5% body fat and I guarantee you all of that is in his upper body. Remember, a lot of cyclists are "skinny fat" in the upper body. They don't do any conditioning up there.
9.5% during the test 6% during the Tour. What's so hard to understand?
Maybe by Paris.. do you have a link to the 6%?
They give 9.8% for the test at 69.9 kilos. 67 during the Tour
Trackbot, what is the 84 VO2Max equivalent marathon time? He could be under 2:10 [equivalent], am I right?

Oh, read the article. You see the testing was done 1 week before the Tour of Spain so about August 15. The Tour ended on July 26 that year.
Different methods will yield different results. The study used DEXA. If it is done with skinfold calipers or BIA, could get a different result (all within the error of measurement for that method).
DEXA often gives "higher" readings. Here is a pretty decent write up
http://www.dexafit.com/blog/body-fat-measurementDo riders start Tours heavy? Froome does not look 70 kg (154 lb) in race photos.

If his relative VO2max was that high, he was definitely not fat at all.
