Talk backed.

http://www.fina.org/content/statistics-2015Why doesn't this King chick appear as being tested, either in competition or out?
Looks like she did get tested 3 times in 2016, for whatever that's worth..
That was what the Games needed, hope IOC and Wada get the message
she did it! What an EPIC race! Wow!!!

King for WADA president! Much better than spineless Reedie. Of course, the IOC and WADA won't do anything different.
Now time for some booty watching, I mean beach volleyball!
Begs the question... how are these Russian 'dopers' getting beat?
And who are the ones beating them?
Oh and the winner broke the Olympic Record in the process?
Right...
So no one who is not a doper can win, conceivably, is that your point?
This is the height of LetsRun.com cynicism. Bury the drug cheats, and bury those who call them out (and then beat them). No one is immune. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. SMH.
In the case of Russia I think it is possible to beat some of their dopers, especially if they are off the sauce. Yulia Stepanova was only running about 2:13 in the 800m before doping, so I don't think that she is especially talented. There are HS'ers who can run 2:03, presumably clean. I think her PR now is around 1:57, which is about where the top Americans are at peak. The problem with Russia's doping is that they sometimes use drugs to make less-talented athletes world class, rather than to make world class athletes unbeatable. These less-talented athletes need drugs to be competitive. With increased scrutiny on Russia, they can't dope as much, resulting in a performance drop.

Hey Bad Wigins...YOU are delusional. No one reading your rant on this message board believes that Ukraine was attacked by the west. Whether its Crimea or Eastern Ukraine. Russia can't take their bloody hands off of Ukraine and can't stand that they no longer control it or the neighboring countries. Your Russian propaganda doesn't go further than the Russian villages. Ivan was absolutely right in everything he said. Russia should stay out of other countries and clean up their own despicable actions. Slava Ukraini - long live a free Ukraine!
Since Lilly King has been excused from drug testing she had a great chance to win.

That is what little Ms. King claimed.
Didn't see the medal ceremony, did they acknowledge each other?
Efimova Hot, King, NOT!

Very well done Ms. Lily King (from the USA). You talked the talk…and you backed it up...big time. You are spunky (like Alexa Efraimson).
You acted just like Mr. Mack Horton (spunky Aussie).
If the IOC can't kick the doper-cheaters out of the Olympics, then Ms. Lily King and Mr. Mack Horton will just kick the doper-cheaters butts right out of the pool. Ms. Efimova can f i mova out of the pool right now.
Please get out of the pool Yuliya and go away.
That really was fun.
(I feel more perky already.)

Did you see how King stared/glared down Efimova right before the race started? Loved it!
Efiomova graceful as always
I'm just happy to be here. A week ago I didn't even know if I'd race, because I'm Russian.

Poor comrade Efiomova! I mean just because she's Russian people are sooo mean to her! Heck, just because your country implements a very complicated scheme where by the vast majority of your Olympic competitors are drug cheats and liars does that really mean a governing body should try and enforce the rules that you knew you where violating? It's so unfair!!!

Because she was totally off the radar until NCAA's this year. Had a great freshman season at Indiana (she's 19) and only started seeming like a serious prospect for the team in March of this year. The Olympics is her major first international meet (swam at World University Games in 2015 - don't know if they test there.)
